I struggled with anxiety and depression for many years before I understood that my mental health issues were the result of unresolved grief, trauma, low self esteem, and negative beliefs I told myself! When I look back over the last 10 years of my life I ask myself, “How did I get here?” “How did I get to leading a balanced life and managing my anxiety and depression?” I said “NO” to people and I said “YES” to myself for healing and self improvement! You can do the same! Say “YES” to yourself! Say it again “YES to SELF.”, One more time “YES to SELF!”
I have completed many degrees, certifications and trainings, but nothing has prepared me more for helping others than my own life experiences!
